The Product Lead will be responsible for owning and driving the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on user needs, business objectives, and market trends to deliver innovative financial products that create value for customers.Product Strategy & Development:
●Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
●Identify customer needs and market opportunities to drive product innovation.
●Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to define and prioritize product features.
●Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, development, launch, and optimization.
●Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
●Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to improve user experience and adoption.
●Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals and timelines.
●Act as the primary point of contact for product-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
●Present product updates, roadmaps, and results to senior leadership.
●Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
●Gather user feedback and insights to refine product features and ensure market fit.
●Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
●Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
●Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data to drive decisions.
