About the role
Skuad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product
Operations Intern. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management
and operations within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Product Operations Intern, you will
work closely with our product team to support the successful development, launch, and ongoing
management of our products.
Responsibilities:
● Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks related to product development and
management.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and operations teams to
ensure smooth product workflows.
● Assist in gathering and documenting product requirements and user feedback.
● Contribute to the creation of product documentation, such as user guides, FAQs, and release
notes.
● Support the testing and quality assurance processes for new product features and
enhancements.
● Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance metrics to evaluate product success.
● Assist in coordinating product launches and updates, including communication plans and
training materials.
● Provide general administrative support to the product team as needed.
Requirements:
● Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
● Basic understanding of product management concepts and methodologies.
● Enthusiasm for technology and an eagerness to learn about product development processes.
● Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
