Job Description

Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as Product implementation Professional. We are a group of driven and hard-working individuals. Product implementation Expert in this role get to:


Ability to stay focused:  on critical deliverable while handling multiple project implementation. Follow industry standard guidelines on content management for a Sutherland Knowledge management platform.


Technical writing skills: Work with support team/SD to make products easier to use and thus need fewer instructions. Use screenshots, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding. Revise documents as new issues arise. Organize and write supporting documents for products.


Organized:  Would need to coordinate with internal resources & cross functional teams. Effectively prioritize multiple activities and follow up on them to successful closure with minimum supervision.


Good Communication skills:  Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Ability to articulate complex situations effectively across various levels in the organization.



Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must:


  • Having an experience of 2 years or above in SD/client facing role
  • Good client facing & internal communications skills.
  • Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
  • Ability to be customer-oriented in managing communications and issues.
