We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Product Engineer
Principal responsibilities
- Industry experience, in Payments, Cash Management and/or Treasury Management. Especially sound understanding of payment flows
- Familiarity with Message Types and ISO 20022 standards
- Product management or product development experience preferred. Good understanding of payment architecture and flow
- Experience in working in large scale programs across client, market and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Effective communicator across all levels, functional groups, and geographies. Ability to effectively work in a diverse and multicultural team. Good communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities, self-motivated, willing to take ownership and responsibility. Managing demands from several sources and working to deadlines
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to use independent judgement to make decisions where no precedent exists. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to connect with stakeholders across geographies.
- Ability to advise stakeholders regarding process improvement initiatives. Ability to present complex solutions in clear and concise language.
