The Product Developer (Value Tier Diaper) plays a critical role in delivering Enterprise Markets (EM) results. This role is responsible for partnering with marketing to set short to medium product portfolio strategy and innovation plans for categories in EM. The product developer must deliver innovation plans on time with the highest quality and manage priorities across the EM organization to ensure fast and maximum adoption, considering supply complexity and financial optimization. Additionally, the product developer must develop solutions to address key local market challenges and opportunities that cannot be adopted. This role reports to the Product Development Leader and requires a highly collaborative individual who can work closely with senior cross-functional and ABU teams and manage complex product matrices and mills capabilities. The ideal candidate must live the performance-driven culture and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will:
Innovation Strategy: Work closely with marketing to develop the 0-3 year product innovation strategy for EM. The strategy should support EM growth and meet SBP growth targets.
Innovation Delivery: Deliver the 0-3 year Product innovation pipeline to support strategic growth in key lead markets and adopt & adapt markets. Collaborate with Global Innovation, IPC R&E leader, and NA R&E leader to adopt innovations first and adjust to EM needs (formats, mill capabilities, cost).
Move Fast: Overcome barriers to fast implementation across markets.

In one of our manufacturing roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
+5 years of experience in R&E innovation with a professional background in engineering/materials.
Experience in product development and innovation adoption in Baby Child Care/ Feminine care / Adult care business.
Ability to resolve complex problems and translate market observations into business opportunities.
Experience in building innovation pathways cost-effectively with end-use targets and growth in mind.
Financial and commercial understanding of market dynamics, P&L, and how to build and evaluate business cases.
Experience in transitioning consumer research (C&U, CUT, HUT, etc.) into innovation solutions and product optimization.
Strong decision-making capability and ability to drive clear decisions and actions. Analytical and fact-based decision-making skills with strong intuition, able to “connect the dots” and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
Highly developed collaboration skill with the ability to work and influence across a matrix organization, influencing peers and other functions with credibility and strong business leadership.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Willing to travel both domestically and globally, estimated to be up to 20% of the time.
