Product Delivery- Loan IQ and UI Path- Sr Associate

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in [Insert team name or sub-LOB], you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilities

• You can work on commercial lending applications namely LOAN IQ. Good to have: ACBS and any similar industry leading platforms
• You have experience in executing test cases on automated tools along with strong preference for UiPath
• Understanding of Commercial Lending domain: Syndicated and Bi-lateral deal structure, Asset Based Lending, Secured/Unsecured Loans
• Ability to use LOAN IQ platform to create/maintain a Customer, structure a Deal, facility, drawdown, Perform QLR/CLR, Rollovers, Cash-flow release, Approval processing, Payments (Principal/Interest/Fee)
• Excellent understanding of Quality Assurance as a function: functional, regression, performance, testing targeted at validating and verifying complex business processes especially impacting global regulatory change
• Hands-on experience with writing test plans, test scenarios, test cases. Hosting and maintaining the test suite into a ALM tool. And, be able to identify and execute the right scenarios based on project needs
• Ability to identify and track defects – take them to logical closure. Build reports for each testing type (i.e. Functional, regression, performance ) for review with stakeholders
• Analyze and verify test requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of testing requirements verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and key stakeholder
• Experience in executing test cases on automated too, strong preference for UiPath 
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL preferred

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor's Degree with 6-10 years’ experience including minimum of 3-4 years of experience in QA, UAT, functional & regression testing preferably for commercial lending or experience in a back office/Financial industry preferred 
• Candidates with knowledge and hands on experience of loan systems like LOAN IQ alogn with UiPath
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skill coupled with a good understanding of commercial lending preferred. Knowledge of investment banking products including Loans
• Advanced technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills
• Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to the process
• Play a key part in driving innovation and testing agenda for India and global teams
