Key responsibilities
Engineering Standards Specification Carry out a range of activities under the guidance of more senior colleagues to support the drafting of engineering standards and specifications and the evaluation of the effectiveness of those standards.
Improvement/Innovation Implement improvements and provide feedback on them. Use change management systems and protocols to provide routine support services.
Project Management Support others by carrying out a range of project management activities.
Personal Capability Building Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Project Risk and Issue Management Contribute to the management of risks and issues by maintaining and distributing project and program risk registers and issue logs.
Solutions Analysis
Find the most effective ways to respond to routine functional inquiries. Involves following procedures and precedents.
Performance Management Prioritize own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
Data Collection and Analysis Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
Insights and Reporting Support others by carrying out a range of product development and engineering activities, such as analyzing client situations or interpreting data.
Engineering Solutions Design Implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions, under supervision, to provide feedback and contribute to validation of the design.

Education
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Experience- 3 to 5 Years.
