What you will be doing:
This role will be responsible for design, development and delivery of Image Solutions applications.
Interacts with product managers and\or users\customers to define business requirements for an enhancement or a change.
Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
Draft product key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
Ensure team focuses on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
Write functional specifications based on conceptual designs and stated business requirements. Writes functional features, stories and use cases to enable thorough testing of the functionality. Completes integration testing for the change/enhancement and provides support for other forms of testing like, System, Regression, Performance, Sanity testing etc.
Completes all the required documentation like BRD, FSD, Test cases and results and procedures. Trains and communicates with internal client, Client relationships and Sales teams on systems application and its enhancements.
May deliver informational and decision-seeking presentation to technical and business groups to internal and\or external audiences.
Other related duties assigned as needed.
Participates in the entire SDLC of a project or a ticket and plays an active role as a member of the development team. Experience in SAFe methodologies will be a plus.
What you bring:
Knowledge of FIS products and services, financial services industry is a plus.
Knowledge of E2E SDLC, Agile and iterative incremental and other modern approaches to software development.
Experience of using project management like JIRA, Confluence, Rally etc.
Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
Experience of creating project artifacts like business requirement document, functional specification document, integration/system test document etc.
Experience of integration test and validation of test results, extending product support for Productions and UAT.
Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for FIS clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization.
Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
Educational Qualification: BCA/BSC/BE/ME/B.Tech/M.Tech (Information Technology/ computer)
