About the role:

• Helpdesk Activity - Timely handling queries such as, sales/ inventory mismatch, Title specification, from internal(Production, Editorial, Sales, Logistics) and external(vendors/printers) channels
• Order Management - PO creation, RFQs, Tracking SLAs, Review of Sales and Stock, ISBN/ title information and status check, Order history review, GR posting and goods issue for paper orders.
• System Managemet - To request the change in filter settings as in required. Review current settings in (DDS and Edflux) to ensure the distribution of data is not impacted
• Master Data Management - Monthly review of printer catalogues using filezilla and DDS dump to verify availability of titles across the globe
• Procurement Due Diligence Analysis - Preparing data for vendor onboarding process such as analysing the volumes, segmentation of specifications and review supplier information to request new quotations
• Data Analysis - Work on raw files, large data sets. Extracting data from tools like SAP, SPOT etc. to assist the seniors for the ongoing projects to meet the deliverables and the project objectives as per business needs
• Reporting - Prepare various daily, weekly and monthly reports in Excel/PPT such as Offset Order Overview, Printer’s Unit Cost Catalogue analysis and overview, Printer catalogues, POD and PTO tracking report, Ingestion report, Cancellation report.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications: :

• Education: Any graduate
• Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Purchasing/Procurement Operations with adequate experience in client facing roles
• Strong client service orientation and Sound Knowledge and operational experience in of S4 Hana and SAP Ariba Procurement related modules in Multinational Corporate environment
• Soft Skills:  Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English. Coordination and Inter-personal skills
• Good analytical and decision making skills
• Delivering Insight, Impact, Innovation & Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverable
• Technical Skill: Expert Knowledge of MS Office suite, Power Bi (Preferred)
• Reporting to: This role will report to team lead / project coordinator
