For more information, visit NIQ.com.Job DescriptionThis position will support the Strategic Projects and Support Services Manager to ensure development and delivery of the Procurement strategy and P2P transformation. They will be responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, automation, and ongoing delivery of the Procurement reporting roadmap and Project Pennywise KPIs. In addition, the Procurement analyst will act as the Procurement SPOC to Global Operations for VIP tenders within Category. RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Strategic Projects and Support Services Manager to ensure development and delivery of the Procurement strategy Support analytics, roll out and implementation of changes relating to Procurement Systems (e.g. Contracts Database, E-Suite, …) Support improvement initiatives in the areas of S2C and P2P Support analytics regarding finance and processes Support Strategic Projects and Support Services Manager to ensure development, implementation, automation and delivery of the Procurement reporting roadmap Support implementation of Procurement reporting roadmap and ensure delivery in a timely manner Develop and deliver Project Pennywise and P2P Transformation monthly KPIs to key stakeholders Ensure teams are provided with monthly spend reports in a timely manner Retain an overview of the year’s projects in the savings database and ensure data is up to date Support monthly Procurement reporting updates to COO and CFO Support further improvements of spend and savings reporting (visualization (Spend Dashboard), harmonization, automation) Develop and support quarterly reporting on Supplier Diversity Procurement SPOC to Global Operations for VIP tenders within Category Data Act as SPOC for Global Operations regarding the costing of VIP tenders and ensure any third-party suppliers deliver competitive pricing when needed QualificationsBachelors degree or equivalent experience/apprenticeship in relevant field Base Procurement knowledge and understanding of Procure to Pay Very good understanding of financials High level skill in Access, Excel, and VBA programming High level skill in PowerPoint, Power BI, and visualizations Ability to understand and work on operational projects Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Language skills necessary to complete the role – fluency in English Additional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)
