A Supply Chain Management (SCM) Operations Manager is responsible for Driving and managing Revenue & Supplier Management for Pan India for smooth Operations:. Here are the key responsibilities and skills required for this role:
Educational Qualification:
The position require a bachelor’s degree in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master Degree/additional Certification will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving Revenue for pan India Basis for Both project & service Bussiness in coordination with Commodity Leads & Internal stake holder
- Front end Single point of contact for Internal operation Team for processing all the purchase request & update the status to stake holders
- On time for Payment to suppliers without Credit hold for Field material suppliers, Supplier outstanding and Ledger reconciliations periodically as and when required for uninterrupted deliveries to avoide revenue losses.
- Supplier Related Issue Resolution for flawless transaction Including payment, GST, TDS Reconciliation Etc
Required Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Should have commendable Analytical skill. Independently able to Generate the report, do the analysis for Optimized output.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for effective collaboration.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
- Leadership Skills: Leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
ERP Knowledge:
- ERP Working Knowledge of SAP MM is Must & Knowledge on Oracle is added advantage
- Well versed on Advance MS Excel, PPT
