With more than 33,000 employees, the company generated sales of CHF 11.2 billion in 2023.OverviewThe procurement officer / executive will support procurement managers in areas of –Identification of potential sourcesMaintaining procurement tools & processesSupport / preparing monthly reportsDocumentation supportData AnalysisDuties and Responsibilities:The procurement executive will report to Procurement Manager & will have following KRAs –Support in procurement activities for DirectIndirect Master data maintenance including Vendor & item introduction in ERPOther documentation & audit supportSupport procurement team in monthly MIS reports Specification agreements with vendors involves working with R&D team and vendors update specification agreements into supply risk management databaseRisk rating & Risk mitigation planUpload/maintain in SIKA Business Intelligence platformMaintain relevant data in Sika procurement platformQualifications/Experience:B.E. (chemical, material science etc.) / MSc Chemistry / Candidates with post graduate diploma in business management/ Material management will be preferred2- 3 years’ experience in procurement, supply chain function in reputed multinational or local corporate organizationsFunctional & BehavioralGood academic scoresExcellent communication skills (oral and written, English/National Language – to enable good quality vendor interactions)Desirable - broad understanding of supply chain / procurementDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skillsDrive for results , good attitude & quality orientedStrong team playerGood in Microsoft office tools (Excel & PowerPoint) and reportingPassion: Good with numbers and enjoys working with data & analysisInformation Security:On the basis of the criticality and sensitivity in dealing with data and information in this place, this was classified as "normal".
