Procurement Executive

Primary responsibility of this role is procurement of goods from overseas suppliers. Also, responsible for end-to-end process (PTP) to generate revenue ​

• Strategic sourcing, negotiation and managing relationships with overseas suppliers to ensure timely, cost effective, quality delivery of the products.
• Ensure compliance with all import regulations.
• Knowledge and hands on with Incoterms and other terms, trade compliance which affects costs and reputation of the organization.
• Knowledge of import process and documentation as per customer requirements and laws Coordination with Logistics, CHA, suppliers for timely clearance of imports and maintain import tracker.
• Identify and register new suppliers for better quality and cost.
• Actively aligned with management strategies and category team to gain benefit.
• Ensure timely submission of documents and invoices to AP team to generate revenue.
• Weekly review with Project managers for open purchase request and projections Provide monthly savings data, TWC improvements, Open PO reviews to manager. Prepare & Compile documents for PR-PO process.
• Arrange documents in Soft copies & maintain record.
• Hands on Experience on MS Excel, SAP, Power BI Reconciliation of vendor invoices, open PO, PRF & maintain record up to date Extract reports from ERP & arrange as per requirement for reviews, audits.

Experience: 3-8 years

Educational Qualification:

BE- Electrical, BE- E&TC, B.COM,
