Job Description


Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders. 
Updating inventory and managing stock levels, extract weekly/monthly reports, maintain database and present to management in the scheduled cadence.
Identifies opportunities for improvements while following the established global processes & procedures for maximizing the process efficiency.
Coordinate with multiple teams across organization for required updates, timely material delivery/availability, receipts, invoicing, and any further discrepancies if identified.


Act as a Point of Contact for acknowledging & addressing queries from the end users/ requesters and management.
Participate & actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives & reporting/documenting enhancements to improve productivity.
Enthusiastic to work & adapt in a dynamic, fast paced, and challenging environment.
Able to manage difficult situations in a professional and commercial manner
Self-motivated, flexible and someone who holds self-accountable for completing own tasks/responsibilities, but also contributes to others ’Efforts’, as required


Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
