About the role

Experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional. Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Being part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team, your responsibilities include:

  
  
• Preparation of AOP, Forecast and LRP for All CBS Hubs and consolidate at CBS level.
• Month close deliverables as per Global Calendar and Finance reporting package (Variance analysis and Roadmaps)
• Good understanding of the month close activities, accounting, accruals and deferrals
• Month/quarter end presentations for GPO leaders and LT meetings
• Analysis of actual spends Vs Plan and Forecast
• Strong on working with numbers and large data.
• Decision support to the leadership team
• Collaborating with GPO leaders and support functions
• Collecting and maintaining financial and other operational data
• Provide insights into performance and areas of improvement.
• Understanding of the Segments and functions of the business
• Good communication and teamwork within and across organizational boundaries
• Ability to build working relationships and foster communication with internal customers within and across organizational and geographic boundaries.

Requirements

• An MBA or CA
• 8+ Years experience in FP&A
• Proficiency of the HFM Tool
• Proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle and SAP
• Good presentation skills and proficiency in PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Spreadsheets and management reports
• Experience in Global Capability Centres (GCC) of MNCs an added advantage.
• Flexible to work in Europe working hours
