This is a leadership position in Global Product Enablement Team (GPET) which is part of the Global Product organisation, which supports various Product groups.


As a member of Re-engineering team, the incumbent will partner with stakeholders across different business teams & regions, to identify opportunities & work with business units and various other stakeholders to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of their processes. The focus will be on streamlining and standardizing processes, improving service delivery and reducing inherent risks through process redesign, automation and digitization.

What you will be responsible for


As Assistant Vice President 2 you will


  • Lead and partner with the business leads to identify transformation opportunities.
  • Anchor all phases and aspects of opportunity identification, such as data & requirements gathering, (e.g. user stories) baselining, root cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling & future state designs.
  • Conduct core project management activities including facilitating meetings, interviewing stakeholders, hosting workshops, documenting findings, creating stakeholder presentations
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of business processes, functions, teams, incumbent technology.
  • Lead initiatives to redesign key business processes related to global product by applying Lean principles to eliminate waste, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall efficiency of product enablement processes. Assist with evolving the strategic thinking around digital assets services by performing research into this space to help with building business cases.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of global product enablement processes using Business Process Management (BPM) tools. Ensure that process documentation is standardized, accessible, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes within the global products enablement lifecycle. Use advanced analytical techniques to identify areas for improvement, optimize process flows, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation within the global products business. Collaborate with business teams to implement automation solutions that increase productivity, reduce time-to-market, and enhance product quality.
  • Utilize data analytics to gain insights into the performance of global product businesses. Develop actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize resource allocation.
  • Establish and maintain standardized processes and best practices for global product businesses. Develop and implement process governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives within the global products businesses. Identify and leverage emerging technologies and digital solutions to enhance process efficiency, agility, and innovation.
  • Establish governance, change management and key milestones to track and manage project delivery. Manage all aspects of the project, including requirements, design, development priorities, quality assurance, communications, deployment and stabilization.
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and ensure strong teaming, and improve the overall success of the project. Act as consultant or advisor by sharing experience, ideas and solutions to transform product businesses.

  • Experience with re-engineering/lean/automation transformation; End-to-end journeys at scale, using multiple process improvement levers/ technologies
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making
  • Proficiency in BPM tools, BRD, process modelling techniques, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across geographically dispersed teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation concepts and emerging technologies relevant to global product development and enablement.
  • Should have good sense of organizational change management required for agile transformation. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in order to understand our rapidly evolving product, business and client needs.
  • Being comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to work well with teams, particularly ones that span different reporting lines, cut across multiple functions and geographies
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelors Degree
  • 16 - 19 years of experience in business consulting leading large-scale implementation programs in consulting or financial services industry.
  • 13+ years of experience in Process re-engineering – Workflow, AI & Process Automation experience (from current state thru target state and implementation).
  • Knowledge of one or more automation technologies and/or a master’s degree will be an added advantage
  • Ability to build stakeholder networks, effective collaboration and partnership capabilities and ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Very strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines and proven experience in working with large cross functional teams will be a plus
  • Six Sigma, Lean, Project Management, Change Management
