Job Title: Process Re-Engineering Manager


Location: Pune, India


Role Description


Project Management & Change Execution is responsible for delivery of the value and strategic outcomes of their Change BoW that ensures successful transition into the organisation’s goals, processes and technologies. Adopting values and principles that follow agreed processes and practices to allow teams to continually improve their performance. Work includes:


Create and align a sustainable change vision for the delivery function - partnering with the Business & Infrastructure areas, building a deep understanding and/or leveraging SME knowledge in order to have a clear understanding of the business outcomes  articulate requirements, source and document details on process, metrics and data in order to execute the change mandate


  • Monitoring dependencies across multiple inter-related projects/ products, managing and reporting status of product roadmap and/ or project status, RAID and financial information to support effective decision making
  • Removing blockers to ensure the team is successful and working with end users to ensure successful adoption
  • Developing project/ product & change artefacts during the change lifecycle, e.g., scope, business case, communication, change management and / or training plans, materials and overseeing  / monitoring the execution to ensure adoption and minimal disruption of normal business operations
  • Providing training/mentoring where applicable on various methodologies; including change management, agile, process re-engineering, robotics,  project methodologies, and continuous deployment

We are looking for a process re-engineering lead to engage in the definition and implementation of infrastructure strategy for Cash Management Technology (in Corporate Bank). This role will require close interaction with SMEs in Infrastructure, Application and business to articulate the benefit driver (such as technology roadmap compliance, high cost to low cost infra solution, other initiatives such as data center exit) for delivery of the value and strategic outcomes.


The candidate will establish governance encompassing application portfolio owners, estate management and key partners in infrastructure for material discussions on deliveries, cost, dependencies, risks, and issues. The aim is to establish transparency on committed KPIs & regular mark-to-market on deliveries.

Your key responsibilities


  • Work with technology and business stakeholders to define benefit case drivers, priority of execution  
  • Work with technology teams to build out a book of work across competing priority areas for maximum value realization
  • Ensure the tracking and reporting of status for agreed KPIs to key stakeholders
  • Undertake specific functions within the relevant production management process as identified for the specific production management area.
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders, prepare and document meetings, track progress and communicates to stakeholders.
  • Collect, interpret and respond to changes in production data, as appropriate.
  • Provide regular and reliable reporting of relevant data to meet management requirements.
  • Identify risks and issues related to the area.
  • Works with team members to identify areas of focus, where training may improve team performance, and improve incident resolution.

Your skills and experience


  • Familiarity with operating large-scale infrastructure or functional initiatives
  • Ability to navigate key stakeholders across technology and business in large functions encompassing multiple tribes
  • Strong knowledge on technology encompassing SDLC tooling, servers, database, mainframe would be preferred
  • Self-motivated and flexibility to work autonomously coupled with ability to work in virtual teams and matrix/global organizations including appreciation of different cultures during collaborating and sharing
