The IA Data Engineer is a key member of the team, working as a champion for Process Mining and wider Intelligent automation capabilities. The role works closely with the IA Delivery lead to integrate Process Mining into the operational fabric at LSEG, helping to accelerate the growth and adoption of the technology across Customer Operations. The role requires a strong technical understanding of process mining applications and data visualisation techniques, plus excellent business analysis and data transformation skills. They will be able to understand business and system requirements to connect process mining platforms to enterprise applications. Working with the business as a process mining subject matter expert, they must be able to precisely evaluate mining outputs, highlighting areas of inefficiency and root causes. ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive end-to-end the implementation of the Process Mining technology across various business units and IT landscapesHelp Customer Operations drive significant business outcomes and ROI by leveraging the insights uncovered through Process MiningConnect the Process Mining platform to on-premise/ Cloud ERP & IT systems, whilst liaising with key stakeholders and ensuring control protocols are adhered toCollaborate directly with senior level executives, process owners and technical teams within each business unit to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into Process Mining technical requirementsConduct initial Business Process analysis to assess suitability of mining projects to build out the pipeline, and to prioritize the pipeline against agreed criteria.Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and requirements are metExtract and transform and load business data into the Process Mining platformDesign process and business-specific dashboards, analyses and reportsAid the identification of process improvement opportunities by aligning closely with the available technology toolkit at LSEG and ideate solutions with business stakeholdersPresent implementation results to senior level executives and business usersOrganize and lead process mining workshops and awareness training sessionsParticipate in the definition and improvement of the overall Intelligent Automation value proposition.
