You have found the right team.As a Process Management Associate in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. You will be responsible for facilitating conversations with internal business partners and subject matter experts to gather information to create and publish procedures, job aids, and reference information., and publishing the final content. You will be accountable for day-to-day management of content in your assigned topics, ensuring formal review and approvals are obtained as well as the annual evergreen process. Over time, you are expected to become a subject matter expert on specific business topics and processes related to the topics you manage.Job Responsibilities Prefer process management experience with business processes, and writing procedures, job aids, and reference materials. Adopt a process improvement mindset with the intent to be a subject matter expert for assigned topics. Analyze data/information to determine tactical and strategic impacts. Lead and facilitate business process/procedure conversations effectively with business partners/subject matter experts. Demonstrate proven collaboration and relationship-building skills across lines of business and with partners at all levels of the organization. Apply a process improvement and controls mindset and skills to enable evolution from the current to future state. Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and/or efficiencies in existing processes. Respond and adapt to change. Work effectively in a fast-paced, always-changing environment. Prefer experience with Adobe Dreamweaver and/or knowledge management tools/systems. Participate in the development of goals and execution of strategies within the organization. Make decisions guided by policies and/or established processes.
