As a Functional Business Process Owner – AT&T at Novo Nordisk, you will own and manage the entire lifecycle of the assigned process in RTR domain. Ensure the process is well-defined, documented, and understood by all stakeholders. Drive global organization to follow task splits and ensure clear detail R&R within SOPs. Implement process improvements using methodologies such as cLean or Six Sigma. You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:
Identify and address process gaps, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks. Analyse current processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process performance. Drive global organisation to follow standard processes and oversee any exceptions.
Monitor and analyse process metrics to identify trends and potential issues. Take corrective actions to address performance gaps and ensure compliance with SLAs.
Decide and implement system improvements including automation for the functional part of the global process owned. Engage stakeholders for strategic insights at all organisational levels in the Finance organisation.
Transform business requirements into project requirements and ensure timely closure of deliverables. Participate in global implementation projects and provide strong project delivery support.
Qualifications

Postgraduate or Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university (or equivalent) with 10-12 years of experience with majority of the exposure in the Record to Report domain.
PMP, or similar project management training/exposure. Project management skills and experience – proven track record in supporting operational excellence, process efficiency, and Lean projects.
Preferred exposure to BI tools like Power BI or Tableau & ERP systems (SAP).
Experience from an international work environment. Self-driven and dedicated with a desire to influence.
Functional competencies including knowledge and skills in driving project problem solving, defining and clarifying problems, structuring and prioritising issues, identifying analyses and approach, and developing recommendations.
