Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:


Process Lead - Employee Health & Benefits


We will count on you to:


  • MIS and Reports Management: Daily Monthly & Weekly Reports
  • Engaging both internal and external TPA/Insurer teams in terms of data management
  • Prepare National review data and PPT with common trend, compile the info into graphs, analyze industry trend with claims data
  • Attending weekly and monthly review meetings with all TPA for outstanding claims and TPA performance.

What you need to have:


  • 4+ years of experience in insurance industry.
  • Domain Knowledge preferred.
  • Graduation degree
  • Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
