Job Description

Main Responsibilities
•Author compliant Safety Data Sheets for multiple geographies across the globe as per applicable hazard communication regulations.
•Responsible for monitoring & timely execution of SDS Authoring activities for respective region.
•Responsible for maintaining high quality data, compliance, and consistency of SDS Authoring activities.
•Follow work instructions & checklist as defined for each process across domains to ensure validity & integrity
of SDS Authoring activities.
•Monitoring team performance & timely execution of activities within defined SLAs/TATs.
•Proactively communicate and engage with requester/business users on issues/queries.
•Ensure quality of information in data management system is maintained and strive to achieve zero non-conformity.
•Utilize statistical tools for analyzing records and preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly reports as requested by management.
•Provide feedback to your team members during monthly 1:1s and support them in their professional growth and development.
•Execute effective change management program for SDS Authoring activities as and when approved by the business to manage and communicate effectively.
•Engage with team members and mentor them by providing suitable training/resources to meet objectives.
•Open to take feedback from team and resolve any issues or conflicts.
•Motivate the team members to ensure that the Productivity remains 100%.
•Ensure activity records are maintained as per defined formats.



Qualification & Skills:



•Minimum qualification- master’s degree in science (Any Specialization) with work experience of minimum
4 years’ experience related to product stewardship, chemical regulations & hazard communication.
•Pro-active and flexible individual with strong technical & analytical skills, seeking to get things done and at the same time deal with a high variety of tasks.
•Customer service mindset along with problem-solving skills with sense of ownership.
•Detail orientated, highly organized, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
•Excellent time management skills to follow different assigned targets.
•Ability to interact at all levels within the organization. Diplomacy and get the collaboration of the internal & external stakeholders.
•Excellent knowledge of English, written and oral and Proficiency in French or Spanish will be added advantage.
•Excellent IT skills, including strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
•Awareness of QMS ISO 9001:2005, Six sigma process will be an added advantage.
•Comfortable to work in fixed & rotational shift including night shifts
