We deliver maximum value to the business by driving Record-to-Report optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach. We also support our customers’ current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.You’ll make a difference by:·Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present complex data clearly and effectively.·Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.·Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources to prepare datasets for Tableau reporting.·Optimize Tableau solutions for performance, scalability, and usability.·Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions.·Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by management and other teams.·Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough validation and testing processes.·Stay up to date with Tableau best practices and emerging trends in data visualization and analytics.Your success is grounded in:·Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.·Experience:·2+ years of professional experience in Tableau development, dashboard creation, and data visualization.·Experience working with financial datasets or within the finance domain is a plus.Technical Skills:·Proficiency in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, or Tableau Online.·Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data from relational databases.·Knowledge of ETL tools and processes is a plus.·Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView) is advantageous.·Familiarity with data modeling concepts and techniques.Soft Skills:·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.·Excellent communication skills for effectively interacting with stakeholders.·Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.·Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications·Certifications in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Associate).·Familiarity with financial reporting and KPIs.·Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python or R) for data manipulation and analysis.Join us and be yourself!
