You’ll make a difference by:
·You will closely work with Insurance Company/Brokers to collect the monthly inputs & validate and sharing it with Payroll team.
·You will follow up on cashless/re-reimbursement claims, Premium Payments
·You will be processing new Car requests, validating monthly rental inputs & sharing it with Payroll monthly rentals payments to leasing company
·You will be dealing with multiple location HR colleagues for employee insurance support and cross functional team for vendor payments.
·You will be handling employee query resolution and escalation management
Your success is grounded in:
·You have experience of 4-6 years in a similar role with a graduation Commerce or Finance.
·You are self-driven & motivated candidate having customer centric approach and is cable handling day to day HR operations relating to Employee Medical Insurance Benefits, Group Term /Accident Insurance Policies and Car Leasing Benefits, Employee data management
·You have a sound knowledge of Employees Mediclaim/Term life Insurance & Car Leasing Benefits.
·You have experience in different products of employee data management
