You’ll make an impact by:


  • An HR Onboarding Specialist is an essential part of a company’s HR team, delegated with the responsibility of communicating company policies, processes, and job descriptions to the newly hired employees. Having the responsibility for managing various activies involved for hiring the candidate in the system, post the offer is released.
  • Work on Shubharambh.
  • Prepare onboarding documents and kits for the new hires.
  • Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.
  • Collect, organize and process documents, such as non-disclosure contracts and agreements.
  • Organize induction seminars on the day 1 for new hires.
  • Gather data on the candidates’ experience with the recruitment process and ensure sensitive and confidential information is updated in the company’s internal databases.
  • Ensure process timelines are adhered ensuring Day 1 Readiness. Better team coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel.
  • Information about Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and MS Office.
  • Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written.
  • Superlative interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the new employees & Hiring Managers.

  • Have minimum 2 years’ experience as an Onboarding Specialist, or a relevant HR role.
  • Bachelor’s degree is the mandatory requirement.
  • Should be able to multi-task, managing both operations activities and special projects.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.
  • Act proactively to address challenges and opportunities.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.
  • Highly energetic and” Go-getter”.
