Role :
• Oversee and manage the engineering processes related to transmission gears, shafts, differential gears, IBJ/OBJ and tie rods.
• Advanced Knowledge of gear cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, design, and gauge design.
• Ensure the implementation and optimization of manufacturing processes for these components.
• Oversee costing processes, manage RFQ & make informed make/buy decisions.
• Ensure adherence to APQP, PPAP, IATF standards
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
