Job Description

1.    Should have knowledge of food & beverage technology and also of CIP technology used in Dairy, Beverage, Brewing or Food & Pharma Industries.
2.    Should have some experience of process/ production or project erection/ commissioning in Food & beverage industry (6 months to 2 years)
3.    Preferable - knowledge of local languages 
 


1.    Supporting Food & Beverage Hygiene business by conducting plant study, trials and delivering value addition.
2.    Inspect plant to review its current cleaning performance:
a.    Examine current cleaning setup, cleaning methodologies and evaluate cleaning cost
b.   Examine equipments design for its cleanability
c.    Find overall gaps related to engineering, technology & quality
3.    Propose recommendation (improvements in CIP method & engineering modifications)
4.    Modify CIP system or Modify CIP method or Modify equipments to deliver optimal performance
5.    Review proposed recommendation for its completion
6.    Conduct trials of proposed CIP method with Diversey chemicals, validate process in all aspects.
7.    Conduct training to plant personnel.
8.    Evaluate the cleaning cost and utility consumptions (water, steam and electricity) for current vs. proposed CIP methods.
9.    Document each and every activity and prepare minutes of meeting for different activities.
10.  Coordinate with sales representatives (of different territories) and plant personnel for completion of activity/ project as fast as possible.
11.  Manage traveling to different locations across region & plan properly to maximize the overall output.


Inspect plant to review the current cleaning performance.
Examine the hardware system and observe the current cleaning methodologies.
Use different process tools to evaluate the cleaning cost and utility consumptions like water, steam, and effluent.
Generate report for:
* suggested design changes to improve cleaning performances
* suggest chemical / cleaning methodology changes
* evaluate and indicate probable utility savings
* calculate and compare the current against proposed cleaning costs
Carry out trials to deliver agreed results
Demonstrate and document the improvement in cleaning performances and efficiency
Generate SOP for regular operation
Identify cleaning needs for customer and generate opportunity
Map the clients process and probable opportunity
Conduct indepent periodic visits to evaluate the cleaning performance for plant where Diversey regime is on,
Generate report carrying the deviations and the recommendations.
