Process Automation Lead

Main Purpose:Lead and drive automation initiatives within the organization.
Automate complex business processes using Xceptor and RPA technologies.
Leverage cloud computing to optimize efficiency and scalability of automation solutions.
Utilize data analysis tools to extract insights and drive data-driven decision making.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications for development.
Design and develop automation frameworks to support efficient and reliable automation processes.
Implement automated testing procedures to ensure quality and reliability of automation solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to other team members.
Contribute to the overall success of the organization by streamlining processes and driving continuous improvement through automation.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyse and understand complex business processes and develop automation solutions using Xceptor and RPA technologies.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical requirements for development.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Xceptor and ERP tools.
• Design and implement automated testing procedures to ensure quality and reliability of automation solutions.
• Analyse data and provide insights to stakeholders using data analysis tools.
• Work with business analysts and developers to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation solutions in the cloud.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to other team members.
• Performing and documenting data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
• Reviewing and improving existing systems and collaborating with teams to integrate new systems.
• Partner with business analysts and solutions architects to develop technical architectures for strategic enterprise projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with other team members and effectively influence, direct, and monitor project work.
• Develop strong understanding of the business and support decision making.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 

• at least 5 years of relevant experience  
• 5 years of experience working with Azure data factory & data bricks

Skills:  

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, with a focus on Xceptor and RPA technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and its integration with automation technologies.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business analysis tools.
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into technical requirements for development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
• Technical skills: Required: SQL; Desired: Python, .NET, JavaScript.

Languages:

• Fluency in verbal and written English mandatory.
• Fluency is Spanish & French is useful.
