End to End Project / Program Management of multiple projects focused on implementing new or enhancing existing Digital Workspace technologies is in the core of what we do. You will plan, coordinate & control all project work packages, manage global cross-functional teams & liaise with Business IT representatives. You will be facilitating large conference calls and actively participating in design workshops and technical discussions to drive definition of the main concepts, requirements & outcomes.
For any projects related to Desktop, Collaboration or Identity & Access Management, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to proposal and Business Case preparation and reporting to senior management. Project management is also associated with managing stakeholders and external vendors assigned to your projects. Last but not least, technologies & services such as Windows 11, Windows Autopilot. Azure Active Directory, Intune, Microsoft 365, Zoom, etc. are all in your project league. Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for: As a Principal Project Manager having practical IT Project Management experience from big enterprise environment is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of End User Computing technologies & specifically M365 products & services will also be an integral part of this role.
You are project management aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of project management methodologies & principles and strong communication & stakeholder management skills. You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English and having ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language is a must.
