Job Description


In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:


  • Provide management & coordination to a group of related projects to obtain benefits, governance, and control not available from managing individually, while accountable for managing & reporting schedule, budget, scope & program health.   

  • Work with business managers and Engineering managers to define future roadmaps,  plan allocation of project resources, while supporting & coaching project execution to improve efficiencies and maximize program project success. 

  • Leads, defines, plans & manages all stakeholder communications & governance controls, while aligning & achieving defined measurables/KPIs. 

  • Cross-manage program dependencies by collaborating with other program managers, project managers with-in and outside of the organization.  

  • Monitor the progress and health of the program. Conducts cadence program reviews with stake-holders (leadership, business leaders, Product R&D etc.). 

  • Manages the risks & issues, while taking corrective measures to drive program success. 

  • Effectively communicate program status, trade-offs, and risks to stakeholders, including senior executives.  

  • Governs and maintains program management best practices and follows established program management standards 

  • Builds and maintains relationships across the organization to facilitate successful program execution and management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Education: Bachelors or Master Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering. 


  • Minimum experience of 12+ years including 6+ years of Project management experience. 

  • Proven Project and program management skills.  

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical mindset, and effective problem-solving skills  

  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence others without authority  

  • Experience working with various geographies and functions  

  • Work effectively in an ambiguous environment  

  • Self-driven and motivated individual who can volunteer for new challenges without being asked  

  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented to manage multiple projects/program effectively 



Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Background in design/development of products (systems, software, and/or hardware)  

  • Experience in Test & Measurement industry using NI/Third-party hardware, drivers, and application software such as TestStand, and LabVIEW
