1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 12-15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on SaaS platforms and AWS cloud technologies
3. Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable, performant, and resilient systems.
4. Must have demonstrated expertise in serverless architecture, event-driven design, distributed systems, and event streams.
5. Must have demonstrated experience in designing, building and shipping low-latency and high performance APIs.
6. Must have hands-on experience building with services such as Kafka, Open Search/Elastic Search, AWS Kinesis, Azure Streams.
7. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
8. Familiarity with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
9. Experience working with infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
10.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
11. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
12.Experience in building AI/ML systems and familiarity with Large Language Models is nice to have.
