Salesforce Marketing Cloud Analysis & Programming focuses on programming & (i.e. software for use in operating/controlling hardware and providing a platform for running internal end user/business applications).
The work includes:
1) Identifying and analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and defining scope and objectives for SFMC
2) Creating email, messages, marketing cloud pages and customer journeys based in business requirements
3) Working in sprints
4) Developing programming specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts
5) Writing code in lower-level programming languages to optimize the performance and efficiency of an organization’s SFMC platform/infrastructure
6) Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. content builder, journey builder, etc.) upon request.
7) Set up and configure data models.
8) Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and tech requirements.
9) Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated email campaigns.
10) Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email marketing campaigns, customer service solutions, data segmentation, customer journey, and such.
MUST
1) Advance knowledge of SFMC tool.
2) Advance knowledge of marketing automation
3) Experience in digital marketing
4) Knowledge of html, CSS, SQL, AmpScript, SSJS, API integrations
5) English language - B2 level
6) Basic knowledge of SCRUM management framework
7) Data segmentation, optimization, and management
8) Scripting and writting queries
9) Knowledge of SFDC/CDP
Nice to have
1) SFMC knowledge confirmed by certificate
2) Knowledge of Web analytics
3) Knowledge of Javascript
