The Microsoft Surface team in India Development Center (IDC) is seeking an experienced and passionate software development leader to take on the role of Principal Group Software Engineering Manager and own the experience of our in-market Surface devices world-wide and lead our Post Launch Engineering team out of IDC.

In this role, you will lead a team of talented, diverse, world-class Engineering Managers and Individual Contributors, driving excellence and delivering high-quality products to our customers.
You will need to be strong in execution skills, driving multiple parallel releases for in-market products, ensuring the highest quality customer experience, and coordinating work across various technologies within Surface, Windows and other partner teams.You should be a proven leader and team player who works well in a collaborative environment with peers across the company as well as in partner disciplines.
