About the role:

Coordinate day-to-day project delivery, management of project financials and drive client relationship management for assigned FIS client.

About the team: 

• We are a team of Product Engineering in delivering client enhancement and strategic internal initiatives for Capital Markets.
• Our mission is to make Delivery Excellence part of product and implementation.  
• We drive projects for clients across APAC, EMEA and Americas for multiple Lines of Business, namely Lending, Treasury & Risk and Trade & Asset Services.
• We drive projects which are “New Product Implementations” or “Product Upgrades” varying in duration from a few months to more than a year.

What you will be doing:

• Working closely with the stakeholders to deliver quality product.
• Design, implement, develop, and execute test (UI, API, integration) and report results.
• Participate as a team member in the agile (Scrum) process.
• Discuss with internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Client Regression
• Coordinate activities among team members, internal departments (technical and nontechnical), and client.
• Support product implementations and upgrades working with Consulting Services, Product Development, and other internal teams.

What you will need:

• Exposure to the insurance domain is essential.
• Proficient in functional testing with over 10 years of experience as a functional testing expert.
• Experience in the insurance industry and a strong financial foundation are essential.
• Excellent communicator – ability to discuss technical solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion.
• Attention to detail – track record of authoring high quality.
• Experience of delivering high quality application interfaces
• Experience with Agile and Scrum
• Experience in working in a distributed global environment.
• Good expertise in functional testing
• Knowledge of SQL is must.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Self-motivated and self-learning attitude.
• Quick Adaptation to new tools and techniques.
• Effectively communicate with clients and those outside of their role, especially when it comes to discussing issues with process, project. Having the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
• Creation of Project status reports and participate in client status calls requirement discussion.
• Managing client deliveries, providing post-delivery support
• Estimation and Allocation and monitoring work of QA team, providing direction and support.
• Must have automation skills/knowledge
• REST API Testing knowing is essential

• Experience in People management, project management.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Project, PlanView, TFS
