Job Description
LOCATIONS: Gurgaon/ Noida/ Pune/ Jaipur/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 13+yrs
- Experience in Martech Data Analytics roles with a focus on CDP Platforms.
- Proven work experience in marketing technologies like marketing automation, CRMs, CDP, and Martech consulting and analytics.
- Strong exposure to and understanding of CDP Platforms.
- At least 4+ years of experience with web analytics implementation using JavaScript and tag management systems.
- Experience with mobile app analytics and marketing platform integrations.
- Client-facing experience and the ability to independently drive client conversations, proposals, and project deliverables.
- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance (i.e., PII, PHI, GDPR, CCPA).
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus.
- Experience in Python is a plus.
- SQL and NoSQL experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, etc.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be a platform expert in one or more leading CDP solutions such as Blueconic, Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Treasure Data, including custom-built CDPs.
- Strategize, architect, and document a scalable Martech stack with a focus on CDP implementation tailored to the client’s needs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, technical architects, and DBAs to achieve project objectives.
- Enable the team with expertise in tracking for web analytics using tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch.
- Demonstrate deep expert-level knowledge of any one web analytics tool like GA360/GA4 or Adobe Analytics.
- Understand the functioning and concepts of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Provide hands-on support and platform training for clients.
- Exhibit expertise in data processing, data engineering, and data schema/models in the digital domain.
- Perform testing and debugging of analytics, CDP, or any other tool implementation.
- Offer business intelligence expertise for insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
