This is an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team, working on the design of the next generation of automotive BMS chips. The designs include industry-leading low power radio transceivers, the industry’s highest precision battery monitoring technology, embedded micro-controllers, and other differentiated analog and digital components, developed in high voltage and advanced technology nodes. The Analog Design team is responsible for breaking down system level requirements into design specifications, architecting and designing analog/RF signal chains & subsystems, doing transistor level analog circuit design and simulations, doing block-level and system-level modeling and simulations, delivering blocks that meet timing, area, and performance requirements, as well as supporting post-silicon validation and debug.

Job Levels available:  Staff Analog Design Engineer / Principal Analog Design Engineer

Minimum Qualification: BS/BTech/MS/MTech degree and relevant experience in Analog Circuit Design. Job level will be commensurate with experience. Min 8 years of relevant experience is expected.

Positions Available: Analog Design

Desired Skill Set (not every applicant will have all these skills)

• Expertise and strong hands-on experience in transistor level analog design  
• Experience and a proven track record of bringing your designs to production.
• Understanding of device level operation & physics
• Knowledge of low power design in sub-40nm process OR High Voltage analog circuit design experience & knowledge of BCD/HV processes
• Good understanding of layout considerations for either high precision analog applications or high-speed analog design in sub-40nm process nodes and ability to oversee the same.
• Design experience in some of the following analog blocks: Amplifiers/OPAMP circuits, ADCs/DACs, LDOs, Bandgaps & Bias Circuits, Temperature Sensor, Oscillators
• Ability to architect and design analog signal chains for high precision analog applications.
• Experience in analog/mixed-signal co-simulations & analog verification
• Experience in lab evaluation of initial silicon, programming and data analysis in C#, Python, and/or MATLAB
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
