We enable our customers to receive faster, more accurate quotes and pricing decisions with minimal human touch while advancing Chubb’s underwriting expertise through state-of-the-art technology and advanced machine learning models.As a key part of fulfilling that mission, our engineering squads are focused on modernizing the insurance processes, spanning across the entire customer journey from new business submission to policy servicing for the North America business lines. By joining us as a Technical Product Owner, you will have ownership and accountability for product delivery and the achievement of business results. You will help execute the digital product roadmap and vision, conveying it to squad members, platform partners, and operating unit stakeholders. You will lead products to success by representing the voice of the customer, grooming best-in-class product features with analysis of impact versus value and partnering with stakeholders to define objectives. You will challenge them to think differently, be innovative, and explore the art of the possible as you drive efforts to build tools that will deliver material growth in agent and customer experience.More specifically, you will: Lead product to overall success according to clearly defined objectives and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of digital transformation, partnering with program execution and analytics teams to track initiatives and benefit realization. Observe, learn about, contact, and analyze end-users of the product, distilling them into needed product capabilities. Ensure best-in class solutions, design thinking, and customer-centricity from conception to launch. Have a deep understanding of insurance products and can independently evaluate and prioritize stakeholder feedback. Work with stakeholders to ensure full resolution of reported defects/issues. Work with engineering leadership to set priorities to deliver impact to the customer as quickly as possible through on-time delivery of quality releases to market. Successfully lead a cross-functional team to deliver high quality and on-time functionality each release. Track and measure product progress; define KPIs, processes, and metrics to track with stakeholders and teams. Define, refine, and prioritize user stories/epics/tasks daily including leading interactions with other units. Facilitate planning of Squad sprints to reaffirm priorities and agree on business requirements. Coordinate and run various sprint ceremonies. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. Specify acceptance criteria for each user story. Clearly communicate the requirements to the team. Facilitate release planning with stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with operational stakeholders as well as other product owners and domain leads. Track and analyze performance data, generate insights, and provide reporting to Senior leaders and Business Development Managers Remove impediments (e.g., environment readiness, dependencies, test data, solution integration, coordination with other teams) and foster close cooperation and communication across all team members, to ensure the teams are productive.
