Hiring for Principal Director - F&A Operations for the global Systems Integration / IT Services major

Their comprehensive Digital Transformation platform, drives and accelerates the Mobile, Analytics & AI / ML, IoT / Industry 4.0, Cloud and Social journeys of their customers. A tenured Technology major, our client has grown at phenomenal speed over the past few years, including Platform operation being a major driver.


Role details:


•    Title / Designation: Principal Director - F&A Operations
•    Reporting to: Global Delivery Head - Platform Operations
•    Location: Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai


Role & responsibilities:


•    Define and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency with adaptability and external tools 
•    Provide strategic insight and guidance to the leadership team to support decision-making and drive business growth opportunities.
•    Utilize strong problem-solving and technical skills to make confident decisions that result in effective solutions and customer satisfaction.
•    Ensure delivery to agreed timelines, SLA/OLA, TAT more 
•    Effectively manage and mentor diverse teams, providing guidance and support.
•    Guide internal stakeholders in all levels and showcase delivery excellence for continued client delight and possible business expansion 
•    Support business, sales and other stakeholders in continuous building the operation platforms
•    Showcase industry presence benchmark and representing the company 
•    Stay updated with current trends in operation and socialise that with the team 
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
•    Lead initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and improve overall customer experience.
•    Address global customer concerns and escalations promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
•    Lead and deliver transformation projects, including automation initiatives, innovation using industry tools and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
•    Contribute to operation quality on both strategic and delivery


Candidate requirements:


•    Minimum 20+ years overall, with at least 10+ years in leadership roles with experience in handling multiple in client accounts
•    Demonstrated success in managing large-scale operations (400+ associates) within an offshoring environment, preferably BPM/KPO sectors.
•    Expertise in meeting or exceeding Profit and Loss (P&L) targets, with a deep understanding of financial performance metrics.
•    Extensive experience in leading F&A service delivery functions (P2P, R2R, O2C, FP&A) for clients across the USA, UK, and Australia.
•    Proficient in finance and accounting ERP/Applications such as Navisoft, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB, Tally, and CCH.
•    Proven experience in executing transformation projects with a focus on automation and process efficiency.
•    Outstanding relationship management skills with a strong track record in customer satisfaction and retention.
•    Deep understanding of commercial aspects and project management principles.
•    Full time bachelor’s degree OR Qualified CA / MBA (Finance)
