Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total experience 13+ Years
- Extensive working experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner (HRBP).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.,聽employment laws, and compliance requirements
- Good knowledge of employment and labor laws.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively partner with leadership and employees.
- Passionate about employee engagement and workplace culture enhancement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a results-driven team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement HR policies and programs to promote a productive and conflict-free workplace.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, and workplace concerns.
- Assist in performance management initiatives including quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Promote initiatives to enhance job satisfaction, including team-building activities, benefits, and perks.
- Improve employee and manager performance through coaching, counseling, and problem resolution.
- Maintain and update employee records in electronic and paper format.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws by staying updated on regulations and advising management on required actions.
- Protect confidential employee information and uphold HR best practices.
- Gather and analyze key HR metrics such as time-to-hire, employee turnover, and performance trends.
- Prepare reports on HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating HR projects, timelines, and resolving concerns.
- Lead and contribute to special HR projects, ensuring successful execution and implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
