Principal Consultant - Digital EHS

Role description:

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Management System Consultant to join our Digital Sustainable Operations Team.  Our digital sustainability services help our clients deploy enterprise Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability (EHS&S) software solutions. 

In this role, you will lead project teams to ensure the successful implementation of the Enablon software solution. You will be working on projects as the guiding expert helping to advise our internal teams and Enablon software system design, configuration, and deployment.  As a subject matter expert in the Enablon system, you will provide best practices and deep technical expertise in the functionality and configuration of the Enablon system. 

Role accountabilities:

We are seeking an individual with a strong leadership ability and a team player mindset with excellent communication skills to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate effectively with colleagues and client facing.  This position may involve client meetings and travel to customer sites.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and assess sustainability challenges.
• Lead teams through the lifecycle of EHS software configuration and deployment.  This includes working with clients to understand, refine and document their needs and requirements in a design specification, leading and supporting configuration teams, conducting system testing, creating strategies, and executing system integration and data migration plans and lead final system preparation for go-live.
• Serve as senior technical Enablon system configuration expert by leading teams of technical configuration staff as well as performing advanced configuration.  As a subject matter expert provide functionality and configuration best practices for the Enablon software.  You will provide support sustainment and ongoing support services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience working within Enablon software system. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong NABSIC, SQL, Json experience. Experience defining and developing integrations. Implementation of key functionality like Smartcards, Report Templates, Document Engine. Experience with PowerBI, PowerApps. Experience configuring Enablon Shared Functions including Organizational Axes; Users and Company Directory; Shared Resources, and Platform settings.
• Experience with some of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems 
• Configuring EHS&S with Environmental, Health, Safety and Sustainability software solutions including Enablon, Intelex, Cority or Sphera 
• Experience with some of the following domains: air quality, incident management, safety, management of change, audit, sustainability, environmental, compliance data management, enterprise risk management, product stewardship, occupational health, management systems or quality management systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mind.
• Knowledge in PowerBI and PowerApps is a plus
