- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in concept, basic and detail design and project coordination of Architect works on Pharmaceutical, Infrastructure, and industrial Projects.
- Should have good experience in site master plan layouts
- Should have hands on experience in developing various pharma facility layouts for API, Formulation, Fill Finish, Vaccines & Warehouses (Raw & FG)
- Should have experience handling of Global projects and fair knowledge in US ,European
- Should be familiar with clean room concepts like men and material flows & aseptic.
- Should be familiar with cGMP and other Pharmaceutical Design guidelines.
- Exceptional knowledge in the design of pharmaceutical and bio-tech manufacturing in line with FDA guidelines and laboratory facilities is preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign.
- Expert understanding of building materials and systems, methods of construction and the integration of building services, structure, building core and envelope elements
- May assist in maintaining and developing department master specifications
- Knowledge of building codes, design regulations and standards like NBC, NFA, IS, IBC other local
- / industrial guidelines.
- Attention to detail and excellent in drawing works.
- Coordination with various stake holders like Client / various internal disciplines like projects / Piping / mechanical / civil / vendors for effective engineering management
- Experience in managing a team of designers working on an area scope. Planning, Monitoring, and checking the quality of the work done by designers.
- Guiding a team of designers in 2D / 3D Architecture, review of 3D model and review of layouts / MTOs extracted from the model.
- Should be able to do cost estimation of Architecture Package.
- Procurement activity for Architecture items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications.
- Keep up to date with the latest technological advancements.
- Continue professional development by attendance to in and out of company technical training.
- Strong presentation skills and communication skills to work closely with a collaborative team and all stakeholders during all the stages of the project.
- Candidates must have a creative bent of mind and problem identifying and solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to handle changing priorities and evolving project requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. / B. Tech/Masters (Architecture) with a minimum 15 years’ experience
