This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Digital Media solutions! The Adobe Digital Media Professional Services team is responsible for providing experienced skills in implementing Adobe applications and integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions and collaborating with clients' existing IT infrastructure.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Enterprise Architect that functions as the Adobe technical authority. Their responsibility is to not only know about the product's hidden intricacies but to engage with customers and take a broader view, aligning technology strategy with overall business goals and ensuring the IT architecture supports the company's strategic direction across all levels.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with client teams and resources to define digital transformation goals.
- Create custom enterprise architectures and roadmaps to achieve defined digital transformation needs.
- Build relationships with executive and senior client leadership.
- Engage and evangelize your and team’s recommendations to executive and senior client leadership teams.
- Recommend future state of the technology architecture across the organization.
- Understand the current state of the organization -wide architecture and experience and marketing capabilities.
- Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve clients’ optimal state.
- Anticipate future technology requirements and communicate those to the client
- Work closely with and act as a liaison between key Adobe, business, and IT team members during entire client engagement.
- Ensure alignment between business strategies, information technology roadmap, and technical and tactical deployment teams.
- Define governance and operational models to support clients’ technology goals.
- Be the trusted advisor on the ground for client leadership and stakeholders regarding digital experience technological maturity.
- Continually grow your footprint and role within the client engagement and relationship.
- Grow Adobe’s Enterprise Architecture Practice.
- Advertise the value of your role and work within the larger Adobe Consulting Group.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with architecture frameworks such as API, SOA, and TOGAF
- Understanding & experience with Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS cloud architecture & services, Google Cloud and serverless architectures
- Good to have, knowledge of digital marketing and experience solutions such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront & Fusion, AEM App Builder, AEM Assets etc.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong back-end development skills with languages like Java, Python or Node.js
- Experience with server-side technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Express.js).
- Database expertise, including SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs for building scalable and efficient applications.
- Version control using Git and collaboration platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Proficiency in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Security awareness, including standard methodologies for securing web applications and data.
- Experience with AI, in particular Generative AI, is a plus.
- Experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android) is a plus.
- Professional Experience:
- 13-15 years of relevant work experience in Digital Transformation with a strong Technical focus (preferable)
- Consistent record of developing full-stack applications in a professional setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in multi-functional teams.
- Prior work on projects involving large-scale data processing, real-time systems, or Big Data technologies is advantageous.
- Knowledge of software development standard methodologies, including code reviews, testing (unit, integration, and automated testing), and documentation.
- Experience in architecting and designing scalable and resilient systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, project managers, multi-functional team and senior leadership
- Ability to intake client business vision and translate to technical solution and architecture requirements
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in presenting deliverables, sharing information, and leading meetings
- Experience working with software engineers, data architects, application developers & data scientists to plan out end-to-end solutions
- Problem-solving attitude with the ability to solve complex technical issues.
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging technologies.
- Project management skills to manage time and priorities effectively.
- Client-focused and able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical and business strategy successfully to audiences of varying levels of experience, background, and seniority.
- Team collaboration and the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Portfolio:
- A strong portfolio showcasing past projects and code samples that demonstrate your full-stack development skills.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in the software development field.
- Business Insight:
- Understanding of the technology firm's industry and the ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Ethics and Compliance:
- Commitment to ethical coding practices and compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
