Key Responsibilities:


  • Technical Leadership:
    • Architect and design bespoke software applications with a focus on cloud-native solutions. Experience in Application Modernization solutions around the re-architect treatment type are a must.
    • Must have experience with emerging technologies such as Generative AI, IoT, and integrating them into innovative solutions.
    • Guide and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices in programming and software development.
    • Define and implement architectural governance and standards.
    • Lead deep-level technical analysis; serve as an effective interlock between Project management and technical teams to guide projects back on track by enabling technology-related solutions.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks.
    • Working with/ leading multi-cultural teams
  • Product Engineering Lifecycle:
    • Oversee the complete product engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.
    • Adoption of Design Thinking methodologies to foster innovation and user-centric solutions.
    • Lead Agile development processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
    • Design application management services, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Act as a technology advisor to customers, understanding their needs and providing strategic solutions.
    • Negotiate with customers, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Deliver compelling pre-sales presentations, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.
    • Build and manage long-term, strategic relationships at the executive level.
  • Solution Development:
    • Outline and propose solutions to complex business problems, emphasizing risk mitigation and feasibility.
    • Develop detailed technology proposals, including cost estimations and resource planning.
    • Solid presentation skills using appropriate tools and representations.
  • Strategic Influence:
    • Understand industry trends and contribute to the development of new offerings and modifications to methodologies.
    • Lead in the definition of processes, standards, and policies.
    • Represent the firm at industry-wide external events as a keynote speaker and lead multi-vendor external projects.

Qualifications:


  • Education and Experience:
    • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 18+ years of industry experience in software development and architecture.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient and experienced with Business Architecture, Application Architectures, Technical and Data Architectures
    • Strong experience with Generative AI, and other emerging technologies.
    • Proficiency in programming languages and software development frameworks.
    • Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices.
    • Open Group Architecture certified and/or other Architecture certifications
  • Business Acumen:
    • Strong experience in customer-facing roles, including pre-sales and negotiations.
    • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Leadership and Mentoring:
    • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
