Principal Analyst - Implementation Conversion

Auto & Leasing are the rapid growing and innovative business unit within FIS, a Fortune500 company. We deliver FIS Asset Finance solutions to big businesses around the globe, and we are looking for Senior Analyst to work on Professional Services Team in India. If you have working experience in multinational environments, coming from FinTech, Banking & Finance, Auto & Leasing Finance, or a similar domain and if you would like to grow further – this could be a job of your dream.

What you will be doing

• work closely with the clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements, document them
• analyze the requirements, conduct gap analysis
• work with internal team to derive best fit business solutions to meet the client requirements
• communicate with clients for getting signoffs and approvals to the proposed solutions
• perform business validation of the solution
• support client in SIT/UAT
• work closely with SCRUM Master for requirement grooming, planning and participate in SCRUM ceremonies
• provide guidance and support to technical teams to understand the requirements and solution
• provide support to Sales, Pre-Sales on new opportunities, participate in Demos, PoCs

What you bring

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience,
• Hands on experience in Auto Finance & Leasing, Corporate Banking (in a medium to large corporation or software and service provider)
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
• Experience in conducting Requirement Workshops and preparation of Documents BRD, FSD
• Knowledge of project management processes, Agile methodologies
• ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
• speaks and write fluently English (other languages are a plus),
• remains abreast of industry trends and technology standards
