Job Purpose:
As a Principal AI Innovation Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI innovation and leveraging advanced technologies to solve complex business challenges. Also responsible for designing the end-to-end cloud based (Azure) solution architecture of the applications and data products within Global Supply Chain Data & AI organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to address business needs and drive innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to define AI/ML project requirements and objectives.
Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions on the Azure Cloud platform, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices, and apply them to enhance GSK's capabilities.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI/ML models, processes, and systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards in the development and deployment of AI/ML solutions.
Drive the strategic vision for AI innovation within GSK, identifying opportunities for leveraging AI/ML to achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Graduate or Postgraduate from top tier institutes is a plus.
10 to 14 years of experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML projects.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
Extensive experience with Azure Cloud services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Understanding of Data and AI Reference Architecture and Azure Well Architected Framework
Proven ability to architect and deploy AI/ML solutions on the Azure Cloud platform.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior team members.
A passion for innovation and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
