Job Opening: Primary Coordinator (CBSE School) - Siliguri, West Bengal


Position: Primary Coordinator
Location: Siliguri, West Bengal
Salary: 10-15% increase on current/last salary
Qualification:
  • B.Ed. or equivalent qualification in Education
  • Post-Graduate qualification in Education (preferred)

Experience:


  • 3-5 years of experience in Primary Teaching and Coordination
  • Prior experience as a coordinator or in a leadership role in a CBSE school
  • Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum (CBSE) and teaching methodologies

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support primary teachers
  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents and the school team
