demands. A Pricing Analyst I is responsible for quoting, discount control to optimize
pricing and execute pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:Perform analyses of discount requests, approve or escalate the quote according to set guidelines
Scrutinize discount requests to meet guidelines aligning with corporate strategies
Implement the approved negotiated prices in SAP in a timely manner to reduce pricing disputes and overrides
Perform pricing increase, on business request to ensure a good profitability level of Honeywell
Prepare pricing data for implementation in pricing systems: List Prices; Standard Discounts; Special Prices; Transfer Prices
Make sure that all pricing data is implemented within ERP system to reduce price manual overrides
Ensure pricing data is accurate and synchronized across pricing systems: PROS, SAP, SFDC
Partner with business vertical on execution and identify the gaps; engage with Finance and Offering Managers to improve the price impact results and minimize leakages
Part of the team that Addresses & Resolves pricing inquiries (pricing list, discounts, special price requests).
Collaborate with finance, offering management, customer service, and commercial teams to implement pricing strategies and policies.
Experience:
Mid-level experience of 1 year in a similar pricing analyst
role, with a strong track record in pricing processes and discount management.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with data extraction and transformation using Business
Intelligence tools
- Advanced Excel skills, experience in SFDC and SAP.
- Proven skills in leading cross-functional collaboration and managing
successful projects.
- Analytical mindset; Good to have Tableau dashboard visualization knowledge

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, marketing).
