Pricing Analyst

What this job involves:
Commercial, Pricing & Modelling
Develop and support the pricing strategy and approach for single or major multi-x bids within India and West Asia and support wider Asia Pacific opportunities
Build price models and responses for our Customer proposals
Working across the business & providing guidance and challenge to internal teams on our models and pricing / cost inputs
Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and executives those of the client
Manage P&L, cash flow, risk modelling
Participate in CRB deal reviews, lead/support presentations on the Commercial Model and P&Ls for major deal as required
May also require Client facing deal negotiation & agility to cover other aspects versus just pricing and commercials
Introduce consistent processes, tools and forms as per India and Asia Pacific guidelines
Input proactively into improvement and development of Pricing, Commercial Modelling & pricing tools
Ability to think innovatively to share ideas and drive continuous improvements
Deployment & adoption of new processes and tools within West Asia as appropriate
Managing due diligence and baselining activities where required

Hold Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Accounting or other related business area of study
Demonstrate experience in pricing and commercial modelling is preferred, ideally within the commercial real estate industry.
2 to 5+ years of relevant Facility Management/Corporate Real Estate experience

Strong financial/analytical skills – accuracy, thoroughness, attention to detail
High level of system skills and commercial acumen
Confident in client facing and board level situations; People management skills & leadership qualities
Ability to manage multiple work streams with demanding time pressures
Able to understand and interpret complex financial and commercial situations and explain to a variety of stakeholders.
Adaptable, highly numerate, exceptional attention to detail, able to present with gravitas and build client relationships (internal and external).
Exceptional excel skills and high knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
