We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Presentations Specialist- Global Banking & Markets
Principal responsibilities
- Works with other specialists to produce, check and deliver all Presentation materials and related projects within HSBC template guidelines set by HSBC marketing department guidance
- Follows established proceedures and filing system for all work produced
- Creates or produces a variety of materials with Presentations scope of work
- Perform job review/briefing and estimate of jobs to ensure clear understanding of the requirements prior production
- Adherence to the established department procedures and process
- Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel applications
- Demonstrates ability to use Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for routine tasks; slide creation and image manipulation
- Demonstrates ability to import text and data from external applications such as Word and Excel and to create data-driven charts and graphs for use in presentations
- Assist/stand in for Presentations manager/production manager when required to ensure production quality and delivery meets business partner's requirements.
