Anaxee is India's REACH Engine! We help brands, OEMs, and Social organizations scale across India by providing Outreach, especially in the remote parts of the country, on demand. We focus on Tier-2, 3, and 4 towns and villages, covering 11000 pin codes (60%) of India through a vast last-mile (tech-enabled) feet-on-street (FOS) network of 40,000 Digital Runners.


Job Role:

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist to join our team. This role involves creating visually engaging and impactful PowerPoint presentations, conducting research to support presentation content, and providing insights that demonstrate a basic understanding of business concepts. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise visuals.


Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office


Salary Range: 1.5 LPA – 2.6 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Monitored Client Requirements & Prepared Layout & Design Accordingly


  • Design and develop professional PowerPoint presentations that align with the brand guidelines.


  • Create visually appealing slides with a focus on layout, graphics, charts, and overall presentation flow.


  • Customize templates and formats to suit the specific needs of the business.


  • Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to gather data and information for presentations.


  • Synthesize research findings and organize them into a structured, easy-to-understand format.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, insights, and key messages for presentations.


  • Review and proofread designs for errors or inconsistencies before final delivery, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail.


  • Interpret complex business information and translate it into clear, visually engaging content.


  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of presentations.


  • Skills


  • Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software (e.g., Google Slides, Keynote, MS Office & Canva).


  • Strong design sense and an eye for detail in layout, typography, and color.


  • Basic knowledge of business concepts and the ability to translate business objectives into presentation content.


  • Excellent research and organizational skills.


  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Communication or Marketing, Business Administration, or Multimedia (Preferred) 


  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) will be an advantage


  • Understanding of branding principles and corporate design standards.
